Up early to get things done and here I sit. You all are addicting. Stopped by the old place and no chatting going on last night. I guess you were over here drinking margaritas!!

I miss Sam. Anyone have college kids or all you all too young?? She is not allowed to use the phone. whaaaaaa
I guess I'm getting depressed. In 20 more days I turn the big.....I don't even want to say the dreaded word.

Brrrrrr it is a nice chilly morning.. very refreshing...!!

Making a nice warm breakfast... Chocolate chip pancakes with strawberry chocolate syrup, Tonga Toast, Banana chocolate smoothies, OJ/banana/ chcolate juice.. HOT Chocolate and eggs benedict over a thick slice of Canadian Chocolate..

CourtasanSatine..my fingers are crossed for you..

I am going to go up to my room now and get my slippers to warm up the cold toes.. be right back..

Baby is up and now the work really starts. I let her veg out in front of the tv in the am. She is not a morning person either. So during that time I try to get a little done. After the wiggles, she is done with the tv.

I must call Playhouse disney and ask them for a Wiggles marathon this weekend!! hehe

Yes we are leaving today... but after DH get home from work..we were going to leave about 3 or so but then realized that we would sit bumper to bumper in traffic going around the city.. so we are leaving later .. ( we live in the NW 'burbs - so we need to take the beltway around the city for an hour ( in good traffic) but with rush hour it could take us.. double that time)

I should be packing, doing last load of laundry.. cleaning..waking the boys up..


..I am taking the boys downtown today, to pick up my Commission check - and to start the vacation right we will go to Ghiradelli's and have a BIG Chocolatey hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream.. and then buy LOTS chocolate to eat in the car on the trip ..
Get home, run to the grocery store get some luncheon meat, bagel store for bagels for sandwiches on the road, pack up the cooler and car.. Wait for traffic to clear a bit and HIT THE ROAD!!

So everyone needs to watch out for a blue minvan, speeding down the highway to WDW!!! I am going to go to flying j .com and see what the gas prices are going to be..

geffric Good morning chocolate sister and thanks for the yummy breakfast! All this talk of chocolate is making me want to throw Jordan in my car and join you and the boys for a chocolate sundae ......just can't decide which is closer for us...northwest to Chicago or south to Orlando! What am I saying, we'll just do both.....twice the chocolate don't cha know

Wo little lady. My best friend from college is from West Virginia & she has beautiful teeth. I lived in WV for a year & a half to finish college, so you better watch it.

Hey, Barb! Here's that fish cake!

Kinda cutesy so may not be *perfect* for a guy....but oh so easy! It's a single (deep) layer cake, frosted with green frosting. The fin and tail are just those orange slices candy stacked up (tail was supposed to be bigger, but I ran out of room on the cake stand). The spots are flattened gum drops, the lips are gummy red fruits (like the orange slices but don't remember which fruit they're supposed to be!). The eye is a big, white gumball with a single mini-M&M attached with frosting!

BONUS: You get to eat all the leftover candy since you have to buy a bag of each Well, my DH did, since he actually likes those gummy fruit things....

Well, off to prepare our field trip for tomorrow You guys better rest up!

Hope everyone got some good rest and a hearty breakfast at the buffet lovingly provided by our own geffric!

It's a little chilly out right now....13ºC (that's 56ºF) where we're headed, so make sure to bring a sweater! It's a little overcast, too. But don't worry....it should warm up to a rather pleasant 20º (68ºF) by mid-day. The nice weather will be great for our activities!
