Well, it wasn’t easy. But it’s finally ready.

Welcome to TAGLIARCHY Island<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_6_13.gif' border=0></a>. (Said in the voice of Ricardo Montalban.)

The boat launch is open and ready for people, pets, packages and dragons.

This island has much history. It was formerly known as Discovery Island. It’s been vacant for years. The powers-that-be were really happy to sell it to us and actually quite easy to work with. Except that one guy, can’t remember his name but he was really grumpy, kept mumbling something about how he’s losing control over everything, bit by bit.

Anyway, take a look around. We have boat launches on both the Ft. Wilderness side and Wilderness Lodge side. There’s no waiting for a boat, one will appear anytime you need a ride<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_3_111.gif' border=0></a>. It can take you anywhere on Bay Lake and the Seven Sea's Lagoon.

You can view both the Magic Kingdom fireworks and EPCOT fireworks from opposite sides of the island. Please refer to your guidemap for times. The electrical water parade will be by at 9:45p.m. each night.

I have also secured River Country for our swimming pleasure. They weren’t using it anyway.

What do ya think? I know, I know, it’s a little creepy. But it just, you know, clicked. It's just so perfect for this island. It’s an exact replica of the Haunted Mansion, but they have assured me that there are no ghosts or spooks in this one. There are also no cobwebs or dust anywhere. No old, dirty furniture here, instead we have plush, comfy pieces. It's a little over 10,000 sq.ft., by far the largest of all the properties I've viewed over the last several days.

There is a room where all the pictures are perfectly arranged, everything is put away where it belongs, there are no dirty socks on the floor and it always smells nice. This will be the room that we invite the TAG FAIRY and Dan Murphy into when they visit. It will always be perfect. This room we call - Monica’s room. There's much more to discover on our little island. Don't worry about the gators<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_5_28.gif' border=0></a>, they promised to be good. As far as what other wildlife we still have here, I'm really not sure.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_12_10.gif' border=0></a> They did seem anxious to close the deal.......

Yes, please do wander about. An island is best "discovered" that way. Plus, my introductory post was almost a whole page all by its' onesy. I'm retiring for the night. There's dinner to be made and laundry to be folded. Plus I have that baby and everything. Back to mommy-mode for me. You guys enjoy.

I've been wondering around for a while, I love the pool and deck. I also see that there is a fridge full of Cadbury's chocolate (imported from the real factory in England!)

took a bit of time to find the island,, love the privacy.. just want to pull the boat up to the dock and enjoy the view of our Island retreat..WOW a walk in Freezer for the ice cream Great Job [color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color]..

I have anothe delivery of the Chocolate beer coming after this evening.. shall we put them next to the Chocolate vault??

I'll go back and make sure we moved all of the rest of the chocolate in the old place.. Be back soon..

[COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR], Beautiful Island...I got to see most of it as somebody made the boat drop me off at the far end of the Island. HMMF.

I see that there is a root cellar loaded with veggies, including Parsnips!

I think Nieceosaurus is scouting for a room, she said she wanted the "Other Tower" room...She really thinks she is Cinderella...

I think I will check out the Satellite TV on the Big Screen...

Nephosaurus was in the Catacombs looking for a cool place to secure his Wonka Bars. I guess we will have to send for the "Chocolate Truck" soon...He may want a room near his stash.....
