chatterball The horse picture in you siggie reminds me of winters in Indiana (except for the mountains in the background!) We used to race our horses through the snow in the cornfields. What a blast! One of my all-time, personal best, rides was on a winter afternoon, accomplished my first 'flying lead change' I was SO PROUD of myself (and my horse!).

I'm sooooooo excited....so I'm posting this on both tag threads!!!


OMG!!!!!! I was talking to my mom about AC, and how I'd LOVE to go to bike week next year. Guess what she said.............

SURE!!!!!!!! She said that I could go with Lance, one of her close friends, and I know him too. He's sooo cool!!!!! He has his own bike....I LOVE it!!!! We're gonna see if he would take me enxt year!!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!!! He could take me up north to a few shows too.....CAREBEAR!!!!!!!!! You could meet us at Rock Tavern!!!

But seriously, wouldn't that rock?!?!?!?!



AND I've FINALLY found a guitar teacher!!! His name is Brian....don't know much more about him thoug...


AND some guy my friend Wes knows makes guitars......and paints them!!! He made an AC guitar.....and he's taking it up to one of the shows {in PA I think} and getting it signed!!!!! I want it!!!!!!!!!!


OMG!!! I want a horse SOOOO bad!!! Holly, my older cousin, had 2 when I was LITTLE. Patches{girl} and Poncho{boy}. I LOVED them...they were so sweet and gentle!!! I learned how to ride when I was REALLY young!!! I LOVE horses!!! I wish I had one to ride.....I would LOVE to race friends!!!

Here's a picture of my first horse. His name was Thunder, and it fit! He was 1/2 Thoroghbred and 1/2 Morgan. While technically a bay, his coat was nearly all black most of the year.

Let's see if I remembered how to post a picture!



Well, gee, a little red 'x'......I don't remember that he looked like that!

Okay, I've written like 3 posts, but they ALL got deleted so here is my 4th try.

YOU ARE SO LUCKY. I WANT TO GO. I MUST TAKE A GREYHOUND DOWN THERE AND MEET YOU GUYS

And also, since I won't really go, you must take pictures for me. Of Cody and Vinnie and Mikey especially!!! And to make up for me not being there, you have to tell Cody about me. And how big a fan I am. And then give him a sign saying "Hi Caroline" and then take a picture so I can wallpaper my walls in it yes.

So there is my shorter version of what I've TRIED to say like 10 times.

Oh. And I replied to you!!! I'm off to go eat cake, sulk about not going, and watch tv be back later!!!

OK, got that fixed!

So, I had Thunder for about a year (BTW, that's TiggersPal in the picture....probably age 13 or 14). He only knew one speed, FAST. His former owner (a man) only rode of weekends with his brother and they always just raced each other. Thunder would never settle for second place......so if we were just trying to have a gentle canter, well, there was no such thing. Needless to say, I learned a lot that year!

OK, here's horse #2. TiggersPal 'decides' I'm ready for a 'better' horse (translation, one she can show in 4H). And I get CheBye (sha-buy).

She's a beauty....sorry the picture quality isn't better.
The grey horse in the background, is horse #3, "Buddy" a 7/8 Arab that I ended up giving to TiggersPal as a High School Graduation Present.

I've had a couple of great spills, fortunately no injuries....I was unconscious for about 2 minutes once. Scared the poop out of TiggersPal! Especially when I started talking......and it WASN'T MY VOICE!!!!! IT WAS A MAN'S VOICE!!!! And it (I?) said, "When a man falls off his horse, do not try and move him" FREAKED HER OUT!!!! Many years later I visited a psychic and she said it was one of my 'guides' making sure the kids didn't try and move me till I regained consciousness..... cue Twilight Zone music........
