cadburysmom sorry about your dad, I hope the surgery goes well.

Deadheadbelle and llebrekniT You must be sick with worry......I'm so glad you're ok and hope your friends and neighbors are ok as well.....I'm sending loads of PD your way!

Cadburysmom, best of luck and lots of thoughts and prayers for your Dad. My own father has gone through a number of surgeries over the years (bad heart condition) so I know the worrying is the worst part. Raining PD on your lil' head!

Tinkbackwords and Deadheadbelle, yikes! I'm so glad you guys faired through the storms!

cadburysmom, I am praying for your dad & sending TONS of pixie dust. There is nothing worse than waiting. Stay busy today & you'll get the call & everything will be OK!

RickinNYC, I about peed my pants when I read that too! I miss HuggaBaloo!!!

Didn't I see that on daytime TV? "On the next Jerry Springer...Gay Internet Boyfriends and the Women Who Love Them!" :teeth:

Miss you too!!! ::yes::

Isn't there a name for this? I don't know if it is considered derrogatory, so I'm not saying it. You'll have to figure it out.

--- ---

Is that a bad word?

Wait a minute Gay Internet Boyfriends and the Woman who love them on Jerry Springer? Oh now that's a good one. Is there a name for it?

S&K, I sent you a PM.

KENTUCKY SILS!!! I watched the weather this morning, and it looks like you guys had some bad storms come through this morning again. I'm glad you guys are okay.

Pixiedust to CADSMOM's dad. Hope everything goes well.

And glad to hear that the playdate went well CHEERINGMOM. :Pinkbounc

BTW, you sillies, I'm not mad at anyone. :p End of discussion!

So, here is my question, who is going to see THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW? Is that what it is called? All those movies start to sound the same. I read a review this morning, and the gave it 3 stars. And while half of the earth's population is being demolished, the teenage boy has to battle with whether he should tell his girlfriend that he loves her.

God those movies are so corny. I love it. Apparently the brilliant professor has to walk from Washington DC to NYC in a blizzard to save his son. Nevermind that he SHOULD be in DC where he is needed.

Well, I'm going away this weekend, so I'll have to wait to see it. :(

Yeah, there is a slang term for that and if you wanna know what that is, you'll have to send a PM to me.

Oh, I know what the term is. See my perfectly placed dashes?

I just don't know if it is an offensive remark or not. I don't watch Will and Grace. Bwhaaaaaaa!

I'm trying to remember where I heard it before. Was there a gay character on Kirstey Alley's old office sitcom. I think it was there.

Okay, I'm getting back to work. No...really I am...seriously...right now!

OK, I am so lost. I have no idea what the term could be! I think that's a good thing.

Anyway, I want to see "The Day After Tomorrow" except the review I read made it sound like the movie tries to hard to "teach". Sounds a little too political to me. But, I'm sure I'll see it at some point.

for your daddy. And for you. My dad had knee surgery a couple years ago and the recovery was bad for him. He needs to have the other one done now and will not do it. I hope your father does better than mine.

DHB and I were really lucky. Let me show you an example of how lucky we are.

The two lines of tornadoes went about 5 miles north and 10 miles south of my house and probably about 5 miles north of her house. It's a miracle how we both dodged them.

The people who we bought our house from moved to the neighborhood in Lex., where DHB's tornadoes were. I don't know yet if their house was one of the many that were damaged or destroyed.

Life is strange.

Daniel's last day of school is today and it's only a 1/2 day. I'm off to pick him up now.

Oops! Sorry, I forgot.

No, the wedding and bachelor party are NOT for that particular brother. It's for my younger brother who I happen to be pretty close with. He's a great guy and would never dream of doing anything like the other one did.

Oh good! I'd hate to hear you were wasting hard earned $$ on someone who treated you so poorly :)

So, you throwin' the bachelor party? he he he...

Rick is that you and Joe in the picture. You guys are so cute.

Bichon, pm'd you back.

Have a great weekend everyone I don't think I'll be dising until Wednesday as Mon is the holiday and Tues taking DS to psychiatrist. Then taking the rest of the day off. Trying to use what little vacation time I have before I get laid off.
