Holly had hers done at AK over near the Safari thingie.

The line looks worse than it really is because there are several people inside the booth doing the faces and it only takes 4 or 5 minutes per face. Hers cost $12 I think and like I said, she slept in it and if she had managed to stay on her back it would've still been on the next day! She even went to the pool in the afternoon, she didn't go under water though.

Another thing, the hair wraps. Holly had hers done at MGM by the Muppet show and I finally cut it out about a week ago! It was on for over 6 weeks and it was still fine, we just got tired of working around it. So your older girls should get one. Holly's was $24, but she picked out alot of beads and colors and it is based on how long the hair is and how many beads you choose. The girl said it would last up to 2 months and I believe it!

RRBB, don't worry about it. Like I said, I don't leave checks hanging out there for long. I watch our account very closely via on-line banking. If you don't need the money, I'll be fine with cancelling it.

And.. I also thought I'd share some news with you. It is now official! Massachusetts becomes the first state in the nation to allow gay marriage TODAY!

My cousin Nancypants who is mother to the worst hellion on the face of the planet emailed me just now that she wants to send the aforementioned nightmare child to WDW with us.......no ma'am....oh, no....over my dead body......I'm considering telling her to let him stay with RRBB and ohanafamily, seeing how they've already invited every living relative they have to join them....after experiencing young Wesley, they'll want to remain childless for years to come! Let me see if I can find a good picture of him.....his horns and pointy tail always seem to elude the camera

It really makes me reconsider my choice of residence!

When I heard it on the news, I rushed onto the internet to read up on more details. It was SO neat to read about the stories of normal, every day folks out there who've been waiting so long to marry their beloved. Made me a tad teary eyed.

Joe and I have been together for 13 and a half years, some better than others, others worse than some, but every day has been special. I want to marry the big dope and now we have choices. Toronto? Provincetown? Woo hoo!

And finally, what a beeeeautiful morning it is here in the wonderful state of Maine!! Actuall, though, it turned out to be quite nice yesterday, after the early rain...went to my friends house and biked to DQ...yummmy!!

Season Finales are coming, and I just KNEW they would have Jack and Sue kiss...sorry, I'm so excited about it, and NO ONE watches this show, so I had to post on here, and even if you don't watch it, you can read it and be like, "Buttercup, dahling, whatever floats your boat!" and dismiss it...hehe, sorry, I'm a little giddy!!

OKay, well, I'm off to get dressed before having a wonderful breakfast in the gardens...I feel like I should do something to help everyone else out, instead of just eating your food and running!!

Today is the first day since Mother's Day we had free, so, me and my mom are going shopping and then out to lunch...my treat !! Then it's off to track right after lunch....only my favorite place in the world, though we only have TWO MEETS left before the championships!! I can't believe it...I'm getting nervous just thinking of it!!

You're all so lucky, going to WDW so much before me....I'm not going back till March. Hey, I'm giving early warning, I'm never going to be going except in March every year, so, if you ever want to meet me before I hit like 24, go in march !!!

No thank you!!!!!!!! And that is some nerve your cousin has. Does she know when you're leaving or where you're staying? If not, don't tell her. If she does know, I'd have no problem telling her you had to cancel this trip and reschedule it.

Rick, even though our Governor has a problem with the marriages, the Mayor of Boston is going to town hall to welcome some of the folks getting married. As he said, some of these folks work for me and I want to see them have the same rights as I do. On the news they were showing couples who had been together for many, many years. One couple in Province town were at a jewelery store and they women were picking up their diamons and one woman said I want diamons like every other woman the bigger the better. Now how cool is that!

NO...DON'T WORRY! I didn't tell her where WE are staying, I'm telling her where YOU are staying She offered to let Jordan stay with them at the beach for a few days this summer.....I said no thank you cause Jordan doesn't like Wesley....I guess she thinks I should pay her back by taking Wesley to WDW.....but NO WAY!

Here is a picture of Jordan and the little hellion Wesley....Wesley actually looks kinda cute with his red hair and blue eyes....but don't let that fool you....he's as spoiled and coniving as they get....he even made the bride cry....they all live in Atlanta and she refuses to have anything to do with Wesley's family....it's really kinda sad, but I TOTALLY understand and thank heavens I only have to deal with him one week out of the year

s&k's mom, want to hear something silly? Your story about the woman with the diamonds reminds me of... me! Although I don't want to wear a diamond. The silly thing about this whole marriage thing that excites me the most is wearing a wedding band!

I don't care much about the food, or weather is perfect, or if we wear suits or tuxes, or whether the music is up to par of if the bar is well stocked. I won't mind if the driver is late or if I trip walking to the front, or if Joe or I get a case of the giggles while we exchange vows (for the record, that would be me). I only care about the end of the day, when I have a ring on my finger. a nice simple gold band that tells the entire world that I am officially married.

I currently wear a clauddagh (sp?) but I still get asked what it's for or what it represents. But if I have a wedding band, no one will ask, everyone will know.

Silly, huh? We're going to put so much time, money, energy, thought, planning and probably some arguements, all into one day. And for me, I just want a ring.

Oh, and a marriage license!

OMG Rick you do sound like me. I do have a nice engagement ring (my mother in law helped pick it out with DH, she may not have paid her electric bill but that woman knew jewelry) but it's my plain gold band I love. It was the only one I tried on and it fit perfect. It's what I always wanted just a plain band. But I do have to admit I've told DH that an anniversary band would be quite acceptable. Annnnnd that my 40th birthday in a few weeks better include jewelry. But not to be gross but last time I asked for jewelry we didn't make it to the store and nine months later had DD!!
