After our hard work in the garden today DH and I decided to get Indian take out for dinner and it has just arrived. Popadoms and mango chutney to start, followed by an onion bhaji and sheema kebab, the chicken malaya (chichen with pineapple) and mushroom rice with a pershwari (fruit) naan bread The portions are huge though so we always save half for lunch the next day!

OK going to get now, back in a bit

ARggghhh!! I hate missing a day! DH wouldn't let me DIS last night since he was leaving this morning for a week, so now I'm behind....I'm still on page 539!!! So, if you've said anything to me since then, I've missed it, but will catch up tonight! Have to go finish making a dish for a potluck at 4:00.

Who knows....if the kids act like they did this morning when we get to the potluck, we may be home at 4:15!! That will mean early bedtimes and then I could DIS all night. Personally, I'm hoping they behave so I can visit with my friend who is moving away

Shopping is like, one of my favorite things ever to do!! Even when I don't need anything(which is every time I go...) it's still awesome to window shop...especially with my sister. Shopping with her is always the most fun!!

I'm always amazed at how mean older sisters can be to all my friends. My sister drives me places, cooks/bakes me food, buys me things, and is always there to talk...guess I'm just lucky !!

Yay! I'm so excited! Since I can only go to like, one Sox game a year, the next best thing is going to all the Sea Dogs(Red Sox AA affiliates) and I get to go next weeked!! Ya know, I saw Kevin Millar play way back in the day....his hair is better now

Well, it's a "Breakfast with MOPS" cookbook (MOPS are Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) so it's anything you'd bring to a breakfast potluck which we have at every meeting. LOTS of yummy breakfast casseroles, fruit dishes, bread, muffins, etc. Oh, and since we're all women, we also serve things like cookies and brownies for breakfast, too so those are in there as well!!

Got anything in particular you're looking for? (I just may have to include the breakfast lasagna recipe that someone included here from CP, was it? That sounded SO good....)

Say it ain't so, RRBB! Shopping is almost a sport in my family!! Lots of folks tell me I should hire myself out as a personal shopper since I can seem to find anything, and usually at a great price! I have friends who bribe me with massage gift certificated to decorate their houses (which means go shopping for all the decor and stuff that makes it look finished!)
