Hello all!!!

I had a few seconds so I thought I'd drop by and see how the gang was doing. I miss hanging out here...a lot! I wish I was drowning with work and what not so that I could relax here a while. Alas...that is not to be so I must lurk and nothing more.

I wish the Tagliarchy meet was in July...that's the only time we could get to the world as I'll be workin gon Sweeny Todd come October.

Anywho I send all my best and perhaps soon I'll return on a more consistant basis.

We got our DIS buttons yesterday-customized with our screen and first names.




My in-laws have no clue about us going there, but my folks know. My in-laws wanted us to visit the first weekend in June to go to a picnic for crab picking. I hate picking my own crabs. We might go up for our anniversary for a quick trip.

The thing is, with a cab you don't get the grocery stop, but you are on your own schedule and you don't have to wait for 10 other people to be dropped off first. So guys, that would have me paying the first day of the car, the 3 of us splitting the 2nd day, and splitting a cab for the return to the airport. I don't like much to wait on Mears, either, but it's always been cheaper than a rental....and I honestly never even think of cabs for some reason Guess I should!

PAP's? You lucky ducks. We've never done water parks or Quest so we've never paid for those. But we're thinking we might after the move I think the kids would like the water parks, even if I still hate being seen in a bathing suit....

I've been sitting here trying to come up with the proper term for what I wanted to tell you. It escapes me, so here goes. I doubt the old bird would know this and I don't know if it law in your state but there is law pertaining to property ownership that would actually give you rights to that strip of land if you continued to do this for a certain number of years consistently. This is driving me crazy, I'll have to look up what it's called. Again, doubt she even knows this. If it were me, I'd take nice cold drink to your lawn dude and thank him for shortening my mowing time.

The USAir sounds decent.....I get in at 10, Lewski around 11, so it's not all that much later. I may have the rental from Tampa, so we could just split the charge for the second day. Leaving might be differnt, though. My options are 9am or 9pm so I'm going with the late one. Lewski leaves at 5:15, I think. You at 11:55am would put us all over the map....one noon, one afternoon, one night. We could each do a Mears one-way back so noone's left at the airport too early or late....one way is $17 (round trip is $29 plus there's a $3 coupon is Disney confirmation packages). The return leg hotel to airport doesn't have as bad a wait as airport to hotel....you call and tell them when to come get you and they do How's that option?

I had a roommate in college who was happier sick! No kidding! She was one of those "have to be a martyr" types so she felt like she was doing this GREAT thing managing to carry on with her life when she got bronchitis every year Some people will do anything for attention...

She wasn't all bad, though...she introduced me to DH!! They grew up together and he was always her "one that got away". Oops!! Needless to say, she hasn't spoken to either of us since graduation May 1995. Oh well...her loss!

I sent up gifts for both brats, don't worry. BUT, for years I have always tried to pick something that they will really like and in return she has always gotten my kids a shirt from the clearance rack at Gap. So, I sent each of them a t-shirt from the Disney store. They are both really cute with Tigger on them, one blue and one green. I felt guilty because it's not a very fun gift though and ended up throwing in a Nerd's rope for each of them. Do you know what that is?

OK, the number for the special $50 deal Disney Visa is 1-888-215-3051. It says in the ad to refer to Key Code 6Y7911 when you call. The rep. who took my call said you don't need it that the phone number is set up specifically for this offer and it is automatically entered. Also, existing Disney Visa cardholders are eligible for this, you just close your old account down when you get your new card. It took a total of 10 to 15 minutes over the phone, but that's worth $50 to me. Heck, if I could keep up that rate on all my phone calls, I'd be getting $200/hour, right?
