Many of older DD's toys never made the move with us. Though I wish we had her little kitchen now for the little one. DH also likes to go in her room and throw stuff she doesn't play with out while she's away. Soon, both of them will have plenty of toys to play with then toss aside in a few weeks. We got the Rose Petal Cottage for the little one and lots of HSM2 stuff for the older one.

Good morning all. Pretty soon I will be off to start and finish Christmas shopping for DH. I am going to the mall, Target and Walmart. If I can't find what he wants in those three places - too bad.

As of last evening he hadn't done any shopping for me either. He has to work today (I don't) which severely limits the time he has to shop. So he hands me the credit card and tells me to go online and order what I want. Of course I didn't argue with him. I ordered the Two Hearts key ring from Tiffany's and spent way more than the amount we originally agreed upon. Oh well - It's not my fault he isn't prepared.

I have done no baking. DH is not happy about it either. He keeps seeing all the ingredients in the kitchen and making sarcastic comments about what they are for. (Paperweights, doorstops, etc.) I guess I'll be baking on Christmas Eve just to shut him up.

DH ended up buying premade cookies at Publix. I started feeling sick last night and woke up even worse this morning. I've been sleeping most of the day in hopes of feeling better. I'm having Christmas Eve dinner at my house.

I love Publix! Probably for no other reason than it reminds me of time I've spent in Florida, but we really did enjoy it when we shopped there.

And yes, I concur with the baking thing - "baking" is turning a raw product into a cooked one via the oven - nobody ever said you had to be involved in making the dough!

Morning folks...how is everyone on this wonderful Christmas morning?

I hope all got just what you wanted for Christmas.

Wooo hoo! Santa was very good to us in our household. DH got me a DVD player to be installed in my car, some DS games, a new printer, some clothes, and tickets for DD and me to see "Dancing With the Stars"! DD8 got lots of HSM2 stuff including the Wii game. Sadly, neither of us got the Hairspray DVD but I plan to use my Target gift cards for that.

The baby had trouble sleeping last night, though she had no clue it was Christmas. The older one woke up at 5 a.m. excited to start the day. I tried to send her back to bed but she came in at 5:30 preventing all of us, including the baby from going back to sleep. So we had an early Christmas. We had everything opened by 6:30 a.m.. The baby already took her nap for the day. We're on our way to the in-law's now. But I wanted to wish all my Dis friends a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I guess I was very good this year cause Santa (or rather my DH) got me everything I wanted! I got a gift card to Michael's (yeah more scrapbooking and crafting stuff), a HP all-in-one photo printer, scanner and copier, the latest Harry Potter DVD, the Underdog DVD, and two Wii games (Super Galaxy Mario & the AMF Bowling). I just love my DH (I mean Santa)

And luckily I'm feeling better - yeah!

Looks like everyone was on the nice list this year! DH really surprised me today. We're going to England and France in April! He filled up suitcases for the kids and I with guide books, a 10-day travel itinerary, some chocolate from the different countries, and a map of the whole Disneyland Paris! . This is what I looked like: . I'm so excited now!! I've always wanted to go to Paris.
