I'm very sore today! Ahhhh. I had such bad muscle spasms (sp?) last night in the 3rd ballet class I took last night. Ughh they killed but they stopped thank God.
My legs did that after class on Monday. Even though you're young and probably in great dance shape, the body is bound to say "enough is enough!" once in awile. How was pointe?

That's just your bodies way of getting back at you for all the exercise.
Yay! Haha. So I did the class flat but I can't wait to be en pointe for it!When I first started reading this I thought that maybe the taging made you sore.

Oh my butt cheeks kill. And my calves. Ughhh pain haha. I just need to get used to it. My pointe shoes are being sewn this weekend. My teacher said my feet look gorgoeus in them!
