I want fish again. Been a long time since we've had an aquarium set up. We need all new stuff, too, though. I'll probably just buy a kit when the time comes.

No fish for us. They don't live long here. Plus, the new kitten would make a quick meal of them. Though she may not be here long if DD3 has anything to say about it. Yesterday, she told me she didn't like the kitty and wanted to take her back to the store so she could get a dog. That was just 2 hours after saying how much she loved the kitty. Luckily, she loves Pixie again today and has taken to acting like a cat herself. No, it's not annoying when she meows EVERYTHING instead of talks. Not. at. all.

I WANT DVC!!!! Honestly, I've never seen anything that's really made me want DVC but those are nice. And oddly enough, so unlike my taste at home, but I really like them!!!

I don't understand all of that though, in our district the only people not receiving a paycheck during the summer months are the bus drivers, as they are hourly employees. Everyone else has their pay broken into 24 pay periods regardless of their contract. I feel bad for people in education who aren't like that--it's just wrong. It forces people to never have real vacation time.

Oh my gosh! Sometimes you say things about your daughter, and I can so relate with my son.

DS9 and DS7 have been watching old home videos lately (to the horror of DS12....). Yesterday they saw one that was of DS9's 2nd birthday.....Well I about melted into that big ol' pile of butter that was posted here recently!! He was SO little and SO cute...he had this husky little voice and was just starting to put sentences together....

Where does the time go???
