I bent over far enough to determine that it was indeed a massive spider carcass, then, with my skin now inside out, remove myself from the bathroom and yell for hubby....

I hate spiders. Hate them. Hate them. Hate them.

I'm SO with you on that one. I too can handle the lizards and the love bugs. Not so much on the cockroaches.

Morning all! Newport was BEEEEautiful yesterday. We were there for a couple of hours. I have some pics but they aren't uploaded. Once they are, I'll share. Another gorgeous day, though I'm only enjoying it from the inside of the office windows.

I didn't realize the Flower and Garden Fest lasted so long. We may be able to go again when we go back for Memorial Day weekend. Though DH really wants to skip Epcot that trip and go to DHS. We haven't been to the American Idol Experience and we miss Toy Story Mania.

I broke down and spent way too much on the Disney character waffle maker from Ebay. But it's so coooooool! It makes waffles, cookies, eggs or whatever in the shapes of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto. I figure I can make a bunch on the weekends, then reheat the extras over the week for the kids breakfast. (Yes, I know, fuzzy Disney reasoning.)

No, I do not have swine flu. I've never even been to Mexico!

Mean Queen, glad to hear you got your waffle maker. I know you're going to have so much fun making all different kinds of stuff.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I'm doing better, just really weak still, most likely from not eating. I did have a little bit last night and some scrambled eggs and dry toast this morning, so I'm working my way up the food ladder.

My son, however, is sick, and was ill last night in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I know it's a 24-48 hour thing, so hopefully he's only got a day or two more.

Unfortunately/fortunately, my husband hasn't gotten it yet. I fear he's next. Poor guy, living with us sickies.

DH and I discovered the 2-mile rec trail at a nearby park yesterday. That's going to be our new trail of choice for biking and (for him...) running. But I'll tell ya with these nice flat paved trails, I used gears on my bike yesterday that I don't think I ever even tried in NH!

Today I need to stay home and get organized. I'm tired of having to rummage through boxes to find something I need.

4 more days til Downtown Disney!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going shopping this morning. I have coupons that are coming to their expiration date. So I'm going to go and use them. I'm getting hooked on this coupon craze. You can really save money doing this.
