While BF and I were at IOA on our vacation, I visited Seuss Landing. It was like visiting the Mother Ship. LOL

SadieDog....How are you? It's good to see you.

Doing better than earlier. I went to the Dentist today. Let me start by saying I HATE THE DENTIST! I had 2 fillings that fell out on the bottom. 1 on each side. I have a reaction to novocain so really hate it. 1st pinch comes and then I feel what seems like burning hot liquid shoot up my face. I jumped and even made a noise. It hurt so bad. He hit a blood vessel. Right away I couldn't open my mouth very much. He said that sometimes happens when you hit a BV. That side of my cheek was discolored but back to normal now. He said it may be bruised tomorrow and I could still have trouble opening and closing it if liquid gets stuck somewhere. Then I will have to exercise my jaw by opening and closing it. My reaction started with a pounding head and shaking body. He says that the other side does not look bad so we could do it without novocain. Well after 5 or 6 times of him hitting the nerve and my body jumping, he decides it's worse than he thought and he should inject me. UGH My right arm and hand tingled and went numb. Must have something to to with hitting the BV. I was feeling so sick and dizzy I had to sit in the chair for a spell before I could even sit up. I almost puked. I was still shaking then finally decide to make it down the hallway. I walked like I was drunk. I must have looked like an idiot. The Dentist and receptionist both were very concerned about me driving home. I sat in the office and slowly walked around outside for a long time before getting into the car. Apparently there were concerned b/c they called a little while ago to make sure I made it home. I HATE NOVOCAIN I HATE THE DENTIST They also said I can not chew for 24 hours. WHAT? I have the silver on 1 side b/c it was a deep cavity and it can take 24 hours to fully harden. The side with the "normal" novocain shot is doing well and I can only feel it a little near the bottom of my jaw. The blood vessel side of my face is numb up to my eye socket.

I started eating food last night! YAY! It really was truly exciting, I had a nice, real dinner. Not a lot of food, but still, food. DS hasn't really eaten yet though, he's still in snack mode so I think I'll keep him home from preschool today as well. I may try to go to work. The jury's not out on that yet.
