Tag help please

I've been trying to remove some very old and outdated tags on my account but keep getting error messages. I've tried reset and also custom tags, each with no luck. I'd appreciated some help please.

I'm not sure what the Bot Check question is - sorry! I am checking the reset box and get the following error.

The Bot Check question is to let the website know you are not a computer who might be trying to spam or corrupt the site. Once you provide the correct answer, you should be fine.

Please look in the first section of that that page where you are trying to make the changes. You will find the Bot Check question there-- it is labeled.

Thank you - I finally found it! I was looking for a larger box at the top.
