Tag Fairy

Hi, I'm new to these boards and don'tknow what a Tag is Someone explain it to the newbie.

If you look on the left hand side of my post in blue It talks about a train ride and Richard petty...That is my tag.....It was put there by the "tag Fairy"....It is something we all deam very special.....and we don't know when or if we will be tagged but are very happy when we are...

Do we have to put some kind of tag under our pillow to get a visit from the tag fairy?

Can the tag fairy be persuaded with a bottle of wine? I've found it makes me more agreeable to nearly everything!

Seems just a few months ago I had my heart set on Vegas when my husband said, "hey ya wanna go to Disney World for the Food and Wine Festival"? "Wine? Did someone say wine festival?"

Many of us have begged, pleaded and clapped to try and get the tag fairy's attention.. but alas... no tag

But is you believe or hmmmm

maybe the tag fairy will discover you

If the Tag fairy can be bribed... how about some CHOCOLATE from Ghirelledelli? or a kitchen sink from Beaches and Cream ?
Milk shae from Sci Fi???

Or Chocolate covered bottle of Wine???

I got my tag (first time I noticed) was after my second post.
No begging or bribing done

It seems you got a visit from the tag fairy. What did you do?

If there is a 'tag' written in black under a persons ID name, they put it there themselves. After you have been registered for 30 days and have posted 30 or more times, in your User CP a new option appears (following the place where you put in your birthday) and you can write your own tag. Only Tag Faries can write in color....and NEVER attempt your own tag AFTER the Faries have tagged you....or you will erease the ones they bestowed upon you. On the Community Board you will see a thread from members of the Tagliarchy, a group of DISers who attempt to attract the Tag Faries on behalf of the tagless. Offers of chocolate, cash and lots of clapping help attract the Tag Faries. And members of the Tagliarchy also hold objects of power (we have a rich fantasy life) to aid them. If you stop by and post a message, they will work on your behalf. It worked for me I got a triple hit!
