Tag Fairy?

Can someone explain to me what the sayings are underneath people's user IDs? Does it have something to do with the tag fairy? What is the tag fairy? And why do 99% of these sayings make no sense? Thanks!

The Tag Fairy is a wonderful whimsical person that travels the DISboards looking for comments made by posters and then places those comments under your user name to embarrass and remind you of your travels through DISboard land.
