I am trading five pieces of Pirate Q for Sparrow Hats, Tops, or Bottoms, I trade three pieces for the Boots. These Pirate Q pieces include Skeleton Couches, Gold Treasure Chairs, Galleon Ship Front, Galleon Ship Back, Fire Walls, Mini Treasure Rugs, and the Pirate Bar Stools(two pieces actually count as one). So for example, say you want to trade your Sparrow bottoms, you want a Couch, Treasure chair, Galleon Front, Galleon Back and Fire wall, it's a deal. Just search on VMK guest rooms periodically for a room called "Trading Pirate Q for Sparrow", room owner is JustAnotherJones, that's me. I will be happy to supply you with the most sought after furniture in VMK, for just one piece of Sparrow. On every day at open but not in room, I am in it alot EST in the evening, and she is right you pick the pieces you want based on what I have.

About the five fire walls question, answer is no. That is one to many pirate Q for some pants, and I dont trade all walls to anybody.
