For dinner tonight we tried the taco bake recipe on the back of a box of Taco Bell complete dinner. It was very good with a few variations. Mix hamburger mixture as per instructions. Start with an 8x8 pan-line with foil. Place 3 soft taco shells on bottom (they will overlap). The recipe calls for a quarter cup of cheese (shredded) but I used lots more. Then spread half meat mixture 3 more shells cheese meat shells smooth taco sauce and lots more cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.. We added sour cream and chopped tomatoes. It's a keeper!

Yummy!
I recently tried the taco stuffed shells someone posted here. VERY YUMMY!!

I love tacos in any configuration, so this one sounds good too!

I found this idea here on the DIS at 3:20 and had it made for dinner by 5:30! Gotta love the DIS! The adults were VERY happy with it. The dd tolerated it. Ds picked. It's basically the same story as if we would have had regular tacos, so I'm giving this recipe a 2 thumbs up!!!

Thanks for posting!
