Tacky Tourists/Un-Invited Wedding Guests

Is anyone having, or has anyone ever hired the Tacky Tourists or Un-Invited Wedding Guests? I am just curious to here what they do as far as interaction with the guests. Im thinking its got to be close to some of the actors at the Hollywood Studios.
