No, just the TIW card and an ID (they don't always ask, but you should have it).

I'm trying to remember ... do they often ask for ID with the TiW card ? I really can't remember. I seem to recall having to hand over two things when I used TiW last (a couple years ago), but can't recall if it was my AP card or my photo ID.

At the restaurant, they check TIW and license. They do not check AP when you are using TIW. They used to check license less often. Our current trip, they’ve checked license every time we used TIW. But we always have both out already. The “check” is not rigorous, more like a glance.

Sadly, I get it. Seems that people are less and less concerned about lying these days.

In my experience 100% of the time

At a minimum they expect the name on the credit card to match the tiw card. If you are using another method of payment expect to be asked for ID.

Same here, we've always been asked for ID.
