Hi there,

Just number crunching whether TIW works for our vacation- does anyone know if it includes character meals (eg at Cape May Cafe and Chef Mickeys) ?

maybe I should have been more specific- I was wondering if a character meal constitutes a special event type of dining at the listed restaurants and if so-maybe its not included as an option for the 20% discount that TIW normally allows?

I would just like to confirm, because different people have said different things, this coming March 2015 the blackout only is for certain restaurants that our listed. Not for all. Correct? I know that all are blackout for xmas, new years etc.

Beginning August 1st 2014, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey’s, ‘Ohana (Dinner Only), Cinderella’s Royal Table, LeChefs de France, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and Le Cellier Steakhouse will be subject to the additional blockout weeks of: November 23-29, 2014; December 21-27, 2014; March 8-April 4, 2015; May 31-June 20, 2015.

Those restaurants.

Blockout dates for Tables in Wonderland are Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

All restaurants.



Character meals aren't special events.

Right now I think the only character meals considered special events are the Star Wars character meals at DHS in May and June. TIW will not be accepted for those.
