Tables in Wonderland Question

Hi everyone. I don't know if this belongs here or on the the Restaurants thread, but since TIW isn't available to the general public, I figured I'd start here.Moderators, please feel free to move if necessary.

I am an AP holder and DVC member, (as you can see), and I am currently renewing my TIW. I'm wondering if it can be used at Cinderella's Royal Table, or if CRT takes any DVC or AP or Disney Visa discounts?

I did call the number for TIW, but I have to leave a voice message as they are too busy to pick up, so I thought I'd ask you guys

Cinderella's Table accepts TIW. You cannot, however, use TIW anywhere on a holiday so plan accordingly. Also, you can see list of places that accept TIW at this page on the DIS site: http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneydiningexperience.htm

FYI, We had CM's that did accept TIW on both Thanksgiving and July 4th. We didn't expect it (or count on it), but I figured it didn't hurt to ask and they took it. We considered it just a little pixie dust sent our way!

FYI although they do accept TIW at CRT, you still have to pay full price up front when you make the ressie. The day of your meal, you give your server the TIW card and you will be credited the discount back on your card.

This is what happens! They've charged our CC the full amount. The TIW discount does not apply to the picture as I understand it.

Sorry to Hijack the thread. Just wondering if someone could tell me the holiday blackout dates for TIW? We are going Dec. 14-22 and trying to decide if TIW is worth it. If any of those dates are blocked out, I am guessing it wouldn't be. Thanks.

Block-out dates for the Tables in Wonderland are Mothers Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Looking at your sig, I imagine you'll be back relatively soon. So while you might not make the most of the TIW card during the one visit, you might very well find it helpful for the other visits inside approx 13 months that the TIW card is good for.
