Ok, meant to say "not whether it's worth buying!"

Going in Nov '09, Jan '10, and Oct '10, so I bought AP's. Plan to use the TiW card for all 3 trips. Should I purchase ahead of time? And if so, is it good for one year after first use or from when I purchased? Thanks!!

The year that TIW card is good for starts as soon as Disney mails you the card.

Or you can buy it guest Services in the parks and get it right then. The year starts right when you buy it if you go with that option.

So I would wait until the first day of your November trip and buy it right then, that way you will ensure it's still good when you go in Oct 2010.

I agree with cbg1027. Buy the card on your first day. You can go to guest relations at any park or at Downtown Disney. It's been well worth it for us and we're just two people. (Of course the fact that alcoholic beverages are discounted also helps!) We purchased our card in December '08 and after our Dec. '09 trip we will have used it for 5 trips.
