Tables in Wonderland problems?

Is anyone having trouble getting through to TIW? I called 407-566-5858 and left several messages (6 or more) since last week and still no answer or call back. I want to purchase the card prior to my trip.

In all honesty, wait until you get to a park or DTD Guest Services to get it. It takes maybe 3-4 minutes to sign up for it. As long as you have either your AP or FL driver license/id card with you, it is really simple to get at Guest Services.

I thought they don't even do them by mail order / in advance any longer, just at Guest Relations.

It's better to purchase the TIW when you get to DW because it is active from the moment you purchase it. Buying it before you arrive might result in an earlier expiration date.
