For the most up to date list, I log in to Disney World Annual Passholder portion of website and then search for Tables in Wonderland. I also can't remember who takes it so I usually ask anyway.

I purchased a TIW card over MLK weekend and they gave me the current list at Guest Services with the purchase. That list is currently at home, but to the best of my knowledge the list that the OP linked to is substantially correct.
