table sizes

we like to sit at a large table but I don't remember DU asking ~ we are a party of 4 what size table should we expect. do all the tables seat the same number of people?

As I recall, the smallest table size is for 4 people.

DCL may try to match you up with another family that has a similar composition in terms of age for your dinner seating On our last cruise we sat with another family of 4 who had 2 children that were within a few years of age of our kids. A very nice family, and the kids enjoyed having someone to converse with during dinner.

Even at non-dinner times where the seating isn't pre-assigned, you'll frequently be seated at a table with other people (unless you specifically request otherwise).

If you want a large table ask for #23 it seats 14 in all three rest. on the Wonder. We really enjoyed it. It is "The Captains Table"

you think they would let first time DCL cruisers sit at the Captain's Table?

Wouldn't hurt to ask. He never really sat with us though.
Also 5 of the 7 in our group were first time cruisers.
