If you download the pdf brochure for either of the dining plans which include TS credits, they are labeled in there as 'signature dining experiences.'

Grand Floridian - Citrico's
Hollywood Studios - Brown Derby
Magic Kingdom - Cinderella's Royal Table
Wilderness Lodge - Artist Point
Yacht Club - Yachstman's Steakhouse
Also, dinner shows/events take 2TS:
Fort Wilderness - Hoop de Doo Revue
Fort Wilderness - Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Polynesian - Spirit of Aloha (luau)
There are two non-DTD restaurants that do not take credits, no matter how many you offer them - Bistro de Paris at Epcot and Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian. None of the restaurants at the Swan or Dolphin take them either.
At DTD, the only ones who do take TS credits are Captain Jack's, Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road, and Wolfgang Puck's Cafe (not the upstairs Dining Room - and the Wolfgang Puck Express locations take CS credits). All of these are 1TS meals.
