Table service with no reservation

Its during food and wine??? for 10 people? Let em loose to tackle some of the booths!!!! That's where I save my hunger for!

There is one available for 8:55...but that pretty much guarantees we won't get to see illuminations. Can we show up early if we reserve the 8:55?

An 8:55 ADR does not "pretty much guarantee" that you will not see Illuminations, it DOES guarantee that you will not. You can show up as early as you want. But as the others have said your chance of them letting you check in and even more, of being seated, are slim and none. If there were tables available earlier,, you could book them.
