Every single Table Service restaurant offers gluten free options. Disney is great with allergies and the common ones especially (ie top 8) can easily be accommodated at any of them.

My wife has celiac and one of the best things we love about WDW is that every tables service and QS has gluten free options. When you make your reservations make sure you note the gluten free in food allergies and communicate that to the hostess and waiter or waitress at the restaurant.WDW has been way ahead of everyone when it comes to food allergies.

My past 3 trips were done gluten free. Ask for an allergy menu and/or to speak with the chef. Disney is very accommodating, and I feel more comfortable eating there than anywhere else!
