With all the talk about arts. I wonder is it possible to have a table service meal w/I reservations. I am not talking about upscale or extremely popular places but will there be anyplace available if we decide we don't want Qs one night

Usually yes. We do at least one walk up every trip, for one reason or another. My last trip it was to Via Napoli, a place that is not so easy to book. The key is to be flexable and not afraid to try something new.:)

It really depends when you'll be there. How unpopular of a restaurant are we talking about? In Epcot and AK you can usually find something open. I wouldn't bank on it at HS and MK unless you'll be there when it's really slow. I would err on the side of caution and make reservations anyway. You can always cancel.

Yak and Yeti @ AK usually has openings for lunch. There are also a few places in the world showcase where you would have a chance. Lunch is always your better bet though. FYI, alot of the food in the restaurants in the world showcase is usually available in the counter service stands in each country. Don't be afraid to go to a resort for a meal though, that is where some of the best food is. The Maya Grill in AKL is wonderful and you possibly could still get a reservation at this point.
