Table-Service newbie - Do my ADRs look good?

Hi everybody! We're super excited to have just booked another trip for Jan 28-Feb 4 at POR, and have the dining plan this time around.

Since this is my first time booking table-service restaurants, I would love your opinion on our choices. Anything here that you would suggest changing?

Of course I'm trying desperately to get into Be Our Guest, but seems it's not likely at this point.

They look good to me I haven't tried all of them but a couple of these are favorites of ours. Hope you have a wonderful trip. Good luck on Be our Guest I didn't get through the day they opened up until around 12:00 and there was no openings during our 7 nigh visit and since then I try at least 1 to 3 times a day.
