table service credits for counter service meals

hi
i know this year they were offering incentives to use t.s. credits for c.s. meals. if they don't offer the incentives next year, can you just pay for a c.s. with a t.s. credit?

Before the incentive you referred to, some hotel front desks were willing to convert a TS credit into a CS credit for you, towards the end of you trip (with the understanding that you wouldn't be able to convert it back).

We just got back from our trip a couple days ago. While we were there we did, in fact, exchange a couple TS for CS and got the incentives that were offered in doing so. We did it on the very last day it was available to do so. I had to argue the position with a food court CM as she thought the promotion had ended the last day of Sept, not Oct. 7th. A manager agreed with me that Oct. 7th was the cutoff and took care of the exchange for me. She did say that without the incentive it is still OK to exchange a TS for a CS but after Oct 7th you'd no longer get the special offerings. Does that make sense?
