DHS has Hollywood & Vine, Epcot has Akershus.

Not TS but sunshine seasons is a great breakfast option at Epcot as is the bakery in France. Cape May is also a short boat ride away from either park.

We did Hollywood & Vine once years ago - it wasn't very good IMHO. If you're on the dining plan, I'd do Cape May Cafe. It was very fresh and good!

Les Halles in France opens at 9 am. It is QS, but quiet and calm during that time. Definitely, the most worthy option in Epcot area after Akershus, IMO.
