MK - Only Tony's and Plaza are Table Service, my vote goes to Plaza as the lesser evil.
Epcot - Bistro de Paris!!!!!!!
MGM - Hollywood Brown Derby
AK - There are no table service restaurants (Rainforest is not Disney)

Resorts - V&A is the only possible answer.

Ok. Who has the best table service?

MK: Cinderella's Royal Table - made the entire family feel like royalty!
Epcot: Best *service* was at Matsu No Ma Lounge in Japan - it's actually a bar/lounge, but offers sushi and tempura. The waitress was the best in WDW.
MGM: Haven't eaten sit-down there
AK: No real sit-down there
Resorts: (Caveat: with 2 smaller children, I haven't hit any of the more upscale restaurants) Boma - very attentive for a buffet, and great to talk to.

Ok..table service...favorites..

MK...Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch..great service and outstanding menu.

EPCOT...for lunch San Angel Inn, dinner Le Bistro...for either/or, Alfredos, Chefs de France, Norway, Germany, Marrakesh.

AK...no sit down in park..we eat at Tusker House everytime.

MGM...we like Mama Melrose and Sci Fi.

Resorts..we like Jiko, Artist Point, Flying Fish

MK-can't respond as we try our best avoid table service spots at MK due to their "no accohol" policy. Have been to Tony's, Cindy's and Liberty Tree (once each) and none were to write home about.
Epcot: Either Bistro D' Paris or LeCellier
MGM -Brown Derby. Always get the Cobb salad and that Pork entree they have.
AK-none
DD-Portobello Yacht Club.
In the Hotels--Victoria and Alberts hands down. BUt if $$$$ is an object, then Jiko's is my next choice. Always get the braised Lamb Shank---.
