Table seating

If we get 10 inch rounds can we seat as many people as we want at each table (up to 10), well actually I should phrase it as can we put as many chairs and settings as we want at each table? I would most likely have variations, (8 at some tables, 10 at others.) Is this ok? I would like 5 ten inch rounds, but don't want to pay for chair covers, bows, napkins, and favors for extra settings that I won't be using.

Yes you can seat as many people up to ten. I had 4 tables with 8 at one, 6 at another and so on.

The chair covers are charged per your guest count so you wouldn't pay for extra. My BEO was based on 30 adults, 2 children and 3 infants. We had 33 chairs with covers and sashes and 2 high chairs with just sashes on them. We were only charged for exactly that.

I also gave my planner a breakdown of how many seats were needed at each table.
