Table for 1?

Just wondering how difficult it is to get a table for one person? If a restaurant is fully booked according to the online search, what do you think are the chances I could be a walk up that gets in? Would love to eat at Le Cellier...

It would be the same as a party of 2... unless the restaurant has a bar, which Le Cellier does not. Unless they have changed the layout since I have been there (2007), there are not that many tables for 2. I would not count on it.

However, when searching for 1 (except CC-held/pre-paid locations), try searching for 2. There's a long-standing known issue in the reservation system that does not like odd numbers. It's been this way since the online system opened up, and probably before that. (It also happens to all odd numbers, 1, 3, 5, etc)

Le Cellier is especially bad at this too.

I was going to post the same thing. I've found that there were no tables for one, but when I search for two they suddenly appear. This seems to be especially true of the Signature restaurants. Jiko and Citricos seem to be the worse, although I've had it happen for Le Cellier too.
