For brides who have had small receptions at the Attic, what did you do about table centrepieces?
I know the Attic is very informal and people sit where they like, which will suit us well. Looking at the pictures I have seen of the Attic, I see each small table seems to seat four people. As we are a small party (between 11 and 17) there will be plenty of room, but I am not sure how many of these tables should have centrepieces on them. Maybe I shouldn't bother with centrepieces at all for such a casual, small event. What do you girls think? If centrepieces are the way to go, how many are needed for the tables at the Attic?
Thanks once again for your help!!!

We used centerpieces at the Attic, but they were super casual. The tables (at least the patio ones) are pretty big, so I think something would look nice on them (even a simple votive would look nice). We just used little lamps to bring that feel from "Canada" over.

We are using floral centerpieces but they are going in 4" cube vases which is pretty small. They only put centerpieces on the tables that will have guests so that helps with cost.

I love these lamps! My reception is at Ariels and I would like to use these at the guest tables, how much were they?:goodvibes

I also like the lamps!!!
So they work out how many tables will be needed for your guests and advise you of the amount of centrepieces needed - is that right?
Thanks again

Im not having m planning session until the end of May so Im sorry for the silly questions. Can we opt to have less than 8 people at per table? I would rather have 6 tables of 6 people, idk if we have control of that or not.

If you are talking about the Attic you can only have 4 per table

The tables at Ariel's seat 10, but you can seat as many as you like under 10.

Perfect! Thank you for the info. Just out of curiousity, how are you doing your seating? I ask because we will both have our reception at Ariel's and we have a similar guest count.

Also, you must be so excited, your days away!!!!!!!! :cool1:
