Did anyone wait for their TA to book their free dining? Were any of you disappointed or did you get what you wanted, some TA's don't start until 10am............3 hours makes a huge difference. Does Disney World allow you to "hold" the ressie or do you have to pay the $200 when you book. I know AA allows you to "hold" it for 3 days and you can pay your $200, just wandering if that is still the case, I know the disneyworld.com does not allow that.

Why are you waiting for free dining to come out? I was told you can add the code to your ressie and actually did that back in 2005. I have read on this board, some people had to change your resorts, because all the slots were filled up the the promo, but I am pretty flexible and willing to change if need be.

I put my deposit down two weeks ago and I have made my ADR's already. We are traveling with a group of 7 so I did have to settle for a couple of time, but in most cases I got what I wanted to get.

you can technically "add" the code, as long as the resort you want is still avialable for free dining, last year, at first, values were sold out first.....eventually though, people didn't pay their deposits and you could get what you want.

it's my experience that if you work w/a disney specialist agent, he/she will be up and on the phone for his/her clients the day the booking period allows, not waiting 'til "the office" opens at 10am...
