I second Tracey. She emailed me as soon as they extended free dining and it covered our resort stay after the cruise to see if I wanted it.

I have to say my favorite TA at Dreams Unlimited is Marla. My wife and I have gone thru her to book a couple of our cruises and she has been fantastic!!! She stayed right on top of things and when Disney opened up FL resident rates she got them applied to our booking right away. Marla is the best in our book!!!!

I also want to give a shout out for Tracy W. I have changed my res many times and she is also happy to make changes. When I e-mail her she is quick to get back to me with answers. You caint go wrong with Tracy she is also cruised on the Disney ships lots of times so she can help with alot of your questions.

Unfortunately, I've emailed 2 agents at DU in the past and they haven't been that responsive. I also tried to transfer a reservation w/o any luck. I just emailed them again this past weekend with a rebook question and haven't heard back yet. No luck w/DU so far

Have you checked any junk or spam filters that you may have? Their emails may have been held there. You can also try PMing webmasterjohn for help.

Tracy was assigned to be our agent and is FANTASTIC! We've booked three cruises and one WDW stay with her -- she's very responsive & I feel confident she knows all about Disney.

On our last cruise, the onboard booking agent was someone who usually works in the Corporate office, & she told us what a good reputation Tracy & the whole DU team have with the reservation agents -- always very organized & prepared.

We've used DU in the past, too...but Tracy has -- to use Walt's words -- "plussed" our DU experience!

When free dining was extended, she knew about it and had evaluated whether it was a better deal for us (we had already booked our WL room with a PIN), and emailed to let us know before we even knew that Disney had extended the offer!

When our PIN mailer arrived after we had already booked and paid for the land portion of our vaca, I simply emailed her the number and she dealt with getting the discount for us. I didn't have to wait on hold with Disney...it was a breeze.

Tracy is the BEST.

We have used Michelle S. several times and she is FANTASTIC! I have recommended her to anyone and everyone who has asked me for a recommendation. I can send her an email about something and I have an answer back so fast I am shocked - even on weekends. She is amazing, patient and wonderful!

Our DU agent is Beth Fejer. We were so impressed with her, that we wrote a letter to Pete Werner singing her praises. We will (hopefully) be rebooking on board in 5 days and will be definitely be naming her as our TA so she can get the commission! Of note, when Beth has been out, she has referred our questions (such as a dining rotation request) to Tracey Whipple, who was right on the ball as well!

So nice to hear so many positive things about DU. We are thinking about booking through them if we do DCL again. We have always booked direct with DCL but have been really unhappy with their responses this time. But we do like the staff once on board and it would be a shame not to use DCL again.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about DU. They sound like a good company especially if they tell you about offers that may be of use, even after you have paid your deposits. This would never happen in the U.K.
