T3i w/ Sigma 18-35mm,1.8?

Are any of you using the Sigma 18-35mm lens? If so are any of you using it on the T3i? I`m looking at it to use on my next trip to WDW for dark rides and fireworks. Any thoughts would be most helpful.

It's irrelevant for fireworks.. And wide lens will work as well. A tripod is the important piece of gear for fireworks.

But it should be an awesome lens for dark rides!

It's an awesome lens for dark rides. I've used it on my XSi before I upgraded my body to the 70D, it will work great on your T3i. The flexibility while moving on a dark ride is incredible. I love it!

And as Havoc mentioned a tripod is what you really need for firework shots. Hand held shots just don't measure up the same.
