First time traveling with a glucose monotreme. I use freestyle Last Libra 3. Can I go thru tsa scanners with it on my arm.

That's a good question. I would start with contacting the manufacturer and see what their recommendation is. We have a Dex Com G7 in our house and I believe that we are to ask for a wand screening and not go through the machine. However, I can't speak from experience as we have never flown with it.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will post an answer for you.

Your point? Nothing useful.

Dexcom G7 can go through all of TSA toys. Metal detectors, body scanners and X Rays are OK.

PP already posted information regarding the Libre

When I used Dexcom G6, I would put them in a large ziploc and ask TSA to hand inspect it since the manufacturer advised against X-ray. Now with G7, I leave them in my carry-on (I never ever put in my checked luggage in case my luggage is lost and they’re extremely expensive to replace). I’ve never tried going through the body scanner as we have precheck. I generally remove my insulin pump since it will alarm in the metal detector and just have TSA hand inspect it.

Frequent flyer here. Have traveled with the Libre and the Dexcom G7. I have put spares through x-ray in carry on and having one in a checked bag. I have been through the x-ray and the full body scan. I have never had any issues at all.
