T.Y. for 5yo boy presesent advice..any ideas on 2yo boy gift?

Thank you all for your advice on presents for a 5 year old boy. I went with legos and they were a huge hit. Thanks so much!
I was wondering if there were any ideas for a 2 1/2 year old boy. I had ordered him the Kid Tough binoculars from Fisher Price, but now they are backordered and may not be here until after Christmas. Any suggestions, I am getting his older sister the Play Doh pony so I would like to keep it in that same price range of $13, thanks!

If you can find a set in your price range, I think train related stuff is always a good bet for boys of that age. Do you live near an IKEA by any chance? They have a nice little wooden train set for under $15 there. Otherwise, you might be able to find basic a Take Along Thomas set or something similar in that price range. Duplos are also a good one for little boys.

A tractor. Have yet to meet a little boy who could resist a toy tractor--including mine and we live on a farm with the real thing!

What about a toy tool box and tools. Toys R Us has Home Depot brand that are very cute. I'm not sure about the age level on them, though.

what about the fisher price doctor kits they seem to be a classic. I agree with the other poster about trains too my son adores Thomas and has never even seen the tv show. there's just something about boys and trains

I have to buy for a 2 1/2 year old and his mother requested bath toys. He and his older brother have some however they are getting nasty. That was perfect for me. Quick and easy.
