I know that they do this on DCL, but do they do this at the resorts? Thanks.

I've been on 2 DCL cruises, so I know exactly what you're talking about (I have autographed pillow cases from our last cruise)

Unfortunately there is nothing like this available at the resorts, or even at the parks. Well, nothing that *I* have ever heard of, anyway.
