T Shirt Design

I have a question. My family has designed a tshirt for our trip, we will only need 3, maybe 6 if we each get two. Most designers here in town want $20/shirt!! Crazy right? I was thinking more like ten! Does any one have any other ideas as to how to make this happen for a much more reasonable cost? Does anyone do just the screen printing that we can iron on?

You've come to the right place! You can have Disigns made right here on this board, and then you buy iron on transfers, and iron them on yourself!

There are a million threads here with helpful hints, so just start reading, and finding the types of disigns you like!

Have fun! It's addictive! My husband asked me to do matching shirts for each day of our upcoming trip (usually we've only done 1-2 days of matching)

and you should know that most places that will do DISigns with any Disney images on them are doing do in violation of Disney copyrights. Fine to do yourself but not fine for someone else to profit from them....

Thank you! Now after reading those searched posts, does anyone know if you can do the iron on transfers with a laser jet printer or does it have to be ink jet? We only have a laser printer!

Yes, it has to be inkjet. You can find a decent one for about $30 at Walmart or Target. That's still cheaper than $20/shirt.
