Is it true that T-rex holds some ressies for phone in reservations, or are they only online? I thought I remember that a few years ago you could call in, and since we booked last minute I was hoping to get in.

Yes, you can call T-Rex directly. They only release a small portion of their reservations to the Disney dining system.

Yes, do call!!! At 180 days I couldn't get one for dinner in december, then I read on here to call. So I did just yesterday and could pretty much have anything I wanted. I also grabbed one for my friend for october because she was in a similar situation and had been stalking for months with no luck. There wasn't as much of a selection I had to choose between 530 or 745 but still, that wasn't bad. Oh and you didn't have to give them a CC to hold it!

I totally agree with everyone else. Call the restaurant directly. I just called and booked a time for our upcoming trip.

I called directly. The only thing is that it won't show in your MDE reservations.

Call...on the advice given on another board, I just did and snagged a reservation. My boys will be so happy--they've been wanting to eat there for years!

I think T-Rex release something like 20% to Disney, maybe less. ALWAYS call for them.

Don't know if anyone is interested but Yak & Yeti restaurant works the same. Not a Disney owned restaurant so you can call them directly. I did it more than 180 days before our. It was the first of our ADR's

i managed to get a time that I wanted by calling. And T-Rex is on Open Table but that is for CA shop.... not for the Disney Spring one.
