T-Rex to AK

We'd like to dine at T-Rex prior to going to AK for the evening. What's the easiest/fastest way to get there using Disney transportation?

I would walk over to the Congress Park bus stop at SSR or take the boat over to SSR and take the AK bus from there.

...OR you can take a bus to AKL or Pop or All Stars or CSR to take another bus to AK.
