T-Rex restaurant

Does anyone have any information on this restaurant? I saw it being built when we were there a few weeks ago,and thought we might like to try it when we go back in September. Please post if you know anything.

We were there last month and the sign said opening Nov 08

Looks like it will be just like Rainforest Cafe, so I guess I'm not bummed if we don't get to eat there in Sept. and it will most likely not be on DDP.

The openning is not scheduled yet but all indication is some time in November...I spoke with someone at Rainforest Cafe the other day and she said there is no word on when they will open or start taking ADR...

Also does not look like they will take the dining plan but anything is possible...

The place will have a few different themed rooms including an "under water" like room that has "melting ice" all around, there will be a room with a volcano, a shark tank at the bar, and a forest room with dinos...It looks cute...Menu is very similar to Rainforest with a few differences.

I wish it would be open by November 10th, DD would freak out to go here. I didnt tell her about it because she would drive me nuts asking if it will be open. She is a dino freak!

My kids know that it is there because they saw the building when we went in January...We told them it would be open next time we came back...We are going the second week of November and I am not sure if it in fact will be open...I made an ADR at Rainforest Cafe just in case.

I called Disney Dining today...CM checked on status of T-Rex...She said that it now reads "Late 08" instead of "Fall 08"...Looks like the openning is going to come later instead of sooner.
