T-Rex or Planet Hollywood???

Which would you do and why? It will be me, DH & DD7.

I would say T-Rex. We have never eaten at T-Rex, but we have eaten at Planet Hollywood. We were not impressed with the food at Planet Holloywood nor were our kids (DS12,DD9, DS7) impressed by the atmosphere. My Dh and I thought it was interesting to see, but our children had other thoughts. If your DD likes dinosaurs, she will like T-Rex. We walked through T-Rex, and my DS7 thought it was very "cool." I can not comment on their food, but I can't imagine it being any worse than Planet Hollywood.

T-Rex is my vote for sure. We ate there last fall. the atmosphere was really neat and we enjoyed it very much. Planet Hollywood has been a thorn in my side for many years. We haven't been there in several years, but we kept going there (don't ask my why) and EVERY SINGLE TIME we had a horrible experience. Keep this in mind, we are NOT picky. P.H. is just about the consistently worst restaurant experience we have ever had. T Rex does take reservations in case you are going at a busy time, at least that helps. Good luck!

T-Rex has better atmosphere and better service. PH has always been a dissapointing experience for us. Food quality at T-Rex is about same as Rainforest cafe, not great but the kids liked it and my DS8 says we HAVE to go back next trip.

T-Rex by far. I would highly suggest letting your DD build a Dino. It's like Build-a-Bear, they make great souvenirs.

Definitely T-Rex. We went there a few weeks after it opened last fall and it was pretty neat. We've been to Planet Hollywood as well. And the atmosphere at TRex is much better, especailly for kids.

I would choose the Trex too if I had to choose between the two.
