Okay silly question here but is T-rex on the dining plan???

It's not on either the regular Dining Plan or the Deluxe Dining Plan. It is part of the Premium and Platinum Dining Plans however.

And the Premium and Platinum are not the same as the Disney Dining Plans - they include more than just dining and are priced accordingly.

Premium is $159 per night per adult and platinum is $209 per night per adult.
