T-Rex on DDP?

I'm a bit confused. I have just read the dis update about the new T-Rex at DTD. It states that they will be accepting the DDP for Premium, platinum and wine & dine packages.

So does this mean that we won't be able to dine here on the bog standard dining plan, 'cus thats what I have read it as? What do you think.

I dont think you can using the basic DDP,its the same as Rainforest Cafe.

It look fab tho, they also have a build a dino there to.
