So USA is still making no attempt at track and trace on positive tests I presume from this?

Depends on the state. NY has set up a pretty robust system. Florida, yeah, not so much.

Reading the actual HIPP a zoom a zoom AHHHHH PDF, helps.

"For example, your doctor cannot give it to your employer, or share it for things like marketing and advertising, without your written authorization."

So you can test positive, and they CANNOT share it to your employer without YOUR authorization. So it's on the individual. Not the business.

This whole thread presumes that the business knows that an employee tested positive... So we’re either past that step or there’s no truth to the rumor anyway.
